Partnering with HelpGhost
We're excited to announce our integration partnership with HelpGhost.
HelpGhost is an AI-native support intelligence platform built for MSPs. Helpghost "Scholar" captures institutional knowledge — the tribal knowledge that lives in senior technicians' heads and scattered documentation — and Helpghost "Hero" delivers AI-assisted ticket resolution directly inside the PSA. HelpGhost is exceptionally good at knowing what needs to be done.
What it hasn't been able to do is reach into the ecosystem and actually do it. A technician gets a clear resolution path — reset this password, sync this group, update this license — but still has to open the PSA, switch to the RMM, log into M365, and execute the fix manually. The AI found the answer in seconds; the human still spent 15 minutes clicking through three tools to carry it out.
That's the gap this integration closes.

How It Works: Hands Meet Brain
HelpGhost gains the "Hands." When HelpGhost identifies a resolution that follows a pre-defined process — onboarding a user, resetting a password, syncing a security group — it can now trigger a Bumblebee workflow to perform the work instantly. The AI identifies the resolution and Bumblebee carries out the fix. No context-switching. No manual execution. Everything is done inside Helpghost chat window.
Bumblebee gains the "Brain." HelpGhost sees which questions technicians ask repeatedly — and surfaces those as automation opportunities. A resolution that keeps coming up is a workflow waiting to be built. When HelpGhost identifies one, it can redirect users straight to the Bumblebee platform to build it out. Over time, this creates a virtuous loop — every manually resolved ticket teaches the system what to automate next.
Under the hood, this is what happens:
- Technician receives the tickets and ask Helpghost for resolution based on knowledge base
- Helpghost identifies the ticket resolution with a pre-defined process and finds the correponding Bumblebee workflow
- Helpghost assembles the necessary input from its knowledge base and reachouts out for technical approval
- Upon approval, Helpghost triggers a Bumblebee workflow to execute the automation
- HelpGhost then waits for the workflow to complete before signaling the technician with the result
- The technician stays in the loop without doing the manual work, and optionally verifies the outcome
